Service Description

The Health Optimization Program is a comprehensive, personalized approach to helping you feel and function at your best. It begins with a 90-minute intake, where we take a thorough look at your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Based on what we learn, we'll order advanced testing tailored to you, which may include the NutrEval, genetic testing, and other labs as needed, and we'll coordinate all of your testing so you know exactly what to expect. Once your results are in, we'll meet to review them together and build your personalized optimization protocol. Three months after you begin, we'll check in to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
